Reminder mail about HSF workshop and announcement of last HSF newsletter

We'd like to remind you of the HSF workshop 2016 that will be held at
LAL (Orsay, France), May 2-4. See
https://indico.cern.ch/event/496146/overview for details about
registration, logistics and program. The program is still preliminary
and there is still room for your suggestions. For this - and to get an
idea of the expected attendance - we set up a Doodle poll
(http://doodle.com/poll/8hpxredhnci2i8xh). We would appreciate your
timely feedback, as to help the organizers in doing the necessary
preparations.

We are also pleased to announce the latest issue of the HSF newsletter
(http://hepsoftwarefoundation.org) about HSF Technical Notes. Several
have been released already and more are coming. The last one released is
about licensing issues, an important topic raised at the first HSF
workshop.
