Dear CTD/WIT 2019 participants,

The next edition of the Connecting The Dots (CTD) workshop will be held at Princeton University from Wednesday, April 22, until Friday, April 24, 2020. It is the 6th in the series after: Berkeley 2015, Vienna 2016, LAL-Orsay 2017, Seattle 2018, and Valencia 2019. The workshop will consist of plenary sessions only, with a mix of invited talks and accepted contributions (including a Young Scientist Forum), as well as a poster session.

The Connecting The Dots workshop series brings together experts on track reconstruction and other problems involving pattern recognition in sparsely sampled data. While the main focus will be on High Energy Physics (HEP) detectors, CTD workshops are intended to be inclusive across other scientific disciplines wherever similar problems or solutions arise.

The topics covered in the scientific program are the following:
• Novel approaches and algorithms, and theoretical analysis
• Architectures and techniques for real-time tracking and fast track reconstruction
• Enhanced performance of tracking algorithms
• Advanced usage of tracks
• Techniques developed beyond high-energy physics

The abstract submission period is open from now until December 6, 2019 through the workshop homepage: https://cern.ch/ctd2020.

We look forward to seeing you in Princeton.

Peter Elmer, David Lange, Isobel Ojalvo for the local organizing committee
