First meeting of the Software Developer Tools and Packaging Working Group

We'll have the first meeting of 2020 of the newly merged Software Developer Tools and Packaging Working Group on
Wednesday the 26th February at 15:00 CERN time. The Indico page for the event is here:

As this is the first meeting, if you have any updates on tools or packaging that you'd like to present please let Serhan, Martin
and me know. We'll also discuss the topics for the upcoming HSF Workshop in Lund.

I don't see anything on the agenda for Wednesday. I can throw together a few slides on recent work I have done with spack buildcaches, but feel free to cancel this meeting if there are no other contributions.

An update on buildcaches would be very welcome! We’ll have a general intro, plus discussion on topics for
