EPPSU document submitted

Hello Everyone

We are happy to announce that the HSF contribution has now been
submitted to EPPSU (European Particle Physics Strategy Update). It is
the result of a collective effort from the community, with particular
contributions from the activity convener. This paper has been endorsed
by the major HEP experiments (ALICE, ATLAS, Belle II, CMS, DUNE, ePIC,
LHCb), MCnet collaboarion and WLCG. This underlines that this document
is really reflecting strategic views of the whole community.

A huge thanks to everyone who helped with the process, especially our
activity leaders who put together the workshops that gathered the input
material. 🙏

The paper is available now on Zenodo:
https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15097159 and we intend to submit it to
arXiv soon.
