Call for HSF conveners for 2026 - (self-)nominations by December 12th

Dear HSF colleagues,

 

We hereby announce the call for new conveners for 2026 in various HSF activity areas. We seek nominations for the following groups:

 

-        Data Analysis

-        Detector Simulation

-        Development Tools and Packaging

-        JuliaHEP

-        Physics Generators

-        PyHEP

-        Reconstruction and Software Triggers

-        Training

Nominees should have a good level of experience in the relevant area and a commitment to helping foster community knowledge sharing and interactions. See https://hepsoftwarefoundation.org/activity-coordination.html for more details.

 

Please send your nominations to hsf-search...@cern.ch (the search committee is Alexander Moreno Briceño, Inês Ochoa, Liz Sexton-Kennedy, Michel Jouvin and Eduardo Rodrigues on behalf of the HSF) by December 12th. Self-nominations are very welcome.
