Dear Symphy,

 

Please find the details for HACCP Gap analysis audit confirmation. These all ADCO sites we will certify after one or two month once the Manual implemented based on site specific scope of work.

 

1)    ADCO - NEB – 2nd April 2013 –Confirmed. – Contact Person Mr. Shine, he can join with Abeer on 02/04/13 from Abudhabi:-0503610892

2)    ADCO - ASAB – 3rd April 2013 – Confirmed.

3)    ADCO - SHAH –  4th April 2013 - Not yet confirmed due to security pass issue.

4)    ADCO - BAB – 7th April 2013 – Confirmed.

5)    ADCO - Swehan – 1st May 2013 –Not yet confirmed due to client approval for the date.

Dear Afsal,

 

Reference to our tele-conversation, please be informed that we have not yet cancelled the gate pass for GASCO and I have informed the concerned to hold it till further information. This pass is  valid till the 12/04/13.

 

Since the temporary gate pass or the LOA for ADCO sites is not yet available. Please advise how to proceed for each location. Tomorrow is the first audit.

 

Audit in April/May’13 – ADCO

The following ADCO sites to be audited by Ms. Abeer Toumia only:

6)    ADCO - NEB – 2nd April 2013

7)    ADCO - ASAB – 3rd April 2013

8)    ADCO - SHAH – 4th April 2013
