Dear Mr.Pradeep,

We are facing issues from Al hoti lab for food sample collection for analysis on time and report submission to location. Yesterday there was big issue in GASCO Buhasa meeting for pending food sample analysis, GASCO management here after they will write the letter to Top management. please take necessary action.

Note:-This issue was going on past 1 year and from December onward situation became worse and we kept several reminder directly, by phone and by email also to Purchase Department(Purchase Manger & Purchase Supervisor, purchase clerk ).
