Recently again we started to receive lot of complaints about KAF vegetable supply.
-Quality of items.
-Cleanness (with mud).
-Vehicle Hygiene (cockroaches Found inside the delivery vehicle).
-Delivery staffs bad attitude against the rejection on site.
Kindly do needful and arrange a meeting concern person with the presence of KAF HSE Manager ASAP.If its going the same manner in future also,then we nee to re-evaluate the supplier with top management permission.

Today during the receiving of vegetables and fruits supplied by KAF,observed
cockroaches inside their chiller truck.
Also the plastic trays which they are using for the vegetables and fruits were
not cleaned.The camp foreman warned us for these dirty plastic trays,and if it
is repeating next time he will reject all the KAF supply.

The quality of vegetables and fruits supplied by KAF is very poor in last deliveries..
The quality of orange, potato ,Onion and white onion with fungus is not acceptable.
They are bringing some fruits items in wooden boxes.
This is against food safety practices.
As you know the quality of watermelon,plums which we are getting ,and because of shortage we are requesting to client for receiving
They are not supplying the cleaned lettuce.Our kitchen steward is cleaning the lettuce while receiving .
And the inner leaves are spoiled or hard.Chef is complaining regarding this.
Pls inform the supplier for corrective action.
