Cover Oregon Application Fairs

Cover Oregon is hosting a series of Cover Oregon Application Fairs from Nov. 20-Nov. 25. Given that the December 15 enrollment date is quickly approaching, we want use every tool available to get Oregonians signed up and ready for coverage. The Application Fairs will help prime consumers for what to expect, from applying to being fully enrolled! Below is a list of events and attached is a sample email, sample social media posts and flyers for each event, as well as one for all events. Staff and community partners will be available to assist individuals fill out the Application for Health Coverage.

• Medford, Nov. 20, 12-8:00 p.m. at the Ramada Medford Hotel & Conference Center
• Eugene, Nov. 21, 12-8:00 p.m. at Lane Events Center
• Bend, Nov. 22, 12-8:00 p.m. at the Riverhouse Hotel & Convention Center
• Portland, Nov. 23 and Nov. 24, 10 a.m.-8:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland
• Salem, Nov. 25, 12-8:00 p.m. at the Oregon State Fair & Expo Center (Cascade Hall)

People can also call our Service Center at 1-855-268-3767 to start the application process.

There is a request to register for each event but it is not mandatory - we want to have an estimate of the number of people in order to help schedule times so folks do not spend an inordinate amount of time waiting.
