On behalf of the Oregon Health Authority's Transformation Center, please join Governor John Kitzhaber for "Oregon’s Health System Transformation: Reflections on the First Year and Moving Forward.” The session will include remarks from Governor Kitzhaber and a panel discussion with the Governor and coordinated care organization (CCO) leadership. This event will take place December 5, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., at the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland, 1000 N.E. Multnomah St. 

This discussion is part of a day-long, invitation-only summit for the CCO network; guests are invited to the morning session from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. (doors open at 8:00). Reserve your seat at kitzhaberccodiscussion.eventbrite.com. Register early because space is limited.
