for our inaugural Chronic Health Advocacy Summit.

One in Four was created as a collaborative approach
to address the needs of people living with chronic health conditions.
Our mission is to provide a stronger voice for patients, through education,
advocacy and policy.




You are invited to join us and learn more on how we can work together
towards shared common goals, educating communities, engaging
policy makers, and providing a stronger voice for chronic health issues in our community.
