Dear All,

We are very happy to make available in India the

training pathways in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) in a partnership with the University of California San Diego, Center for Mindfulness (UCSD CFM).

This pathway will start in December 2017 and are open to anyone interested in benefiting from these evidence based approaches. Worldwide these are well received programs.
