Application Questions

Dear HRST Board, 

For the initial application (due this Friday), do we need to send in a production proposal or simply our resumes?  

In addition, for those hoping to direct, will applying as an individual decrease our chances for acceptance? Is it better to apply with a Stage Manager and Producer?
