The Oracle ACE program recognizes people for their technical expertise and contributions. They are the best of the best and HROUG is pleased to have more than 1/2 of the sessions led by Oracle ACEs. Below are highlights of just a few of those who will be participating.
Keynote presenter Rich Niemiec is an Oracle ACE Director internationally known for his expertise as a master in database administration. He was one of the first six people around the world to be named by Oracle Corp. as an Oracle Certified Master. He has been President of the Oracle Consulting Practice at Rolta Americas LLC since August 2014. He co-founded Rolta TUSC, Inc., a subsidiary of Rolta India Ltd., in 1988 and served as its Member of Executive Board.
Ahmed Aboulnaga is also an Oracle ACE, with professional focus in technical management, architecture, and consulting within the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack. Ahmed has implemented enterprise solutions for commercial and government throughout the years leveraging technologies such as WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, OEM, and more. Ahmed is an OCE and OCA and has presented at OpenWorld, Collaborate, UKOUG, DOAG, GLOC, MOUS, and various Oracle users groups in the past. He is president of the WMOUG.
Karen Brownfield is another Oracle ACE. She is a certified EBS and Fusion Specialist, co-author of several EBS administration books and has presented papers at various user group conferences locally, regionally, and internationally. Karen serves on the Oracle EBS Applications Technology Customer Advisory Board, the UMX SIG board, and the OAUG national board.
