Hiring: Assistant Manager – HR

Company: AVK Valves

Location: Malur, Karnataka

Qualification: MSW / MBA / MHRM / MLM

Experience: 6–10 years in HR

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure effective execution across the organization.
Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal).
Drive Learning & Development / Training & Development initiatives to build capabilities and bridge competency gaps.
Implement talent management programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Utilize HR analytics and HRMS tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proven expertise in performance management and employee development.
Experience in handling HR policies, employee engagement, and capability building.
Analytical mindset with exposure to HRMS and HR analytics tools.
