Dear All

I HAve newly started my journey as HR in a startup, I am finding difficulty in registering employees for ESI purpose, I have some following questions in mind for which i need your kind help

Q1) is there any option to enrol an employee for ESI, other than online. If yes then how many days i have in my pocket to register and is there any delay charges
Q2) Can I avoid ESI registration process, for a trainee or for a apprentice person, IF yes then for how many months
Q3) Can I register an employee for ESI after confirmation of his services in the company - Coz there is a lot of attrition rate we are facing, people are joining and moving out only in 3 months or so. Yes ther is a problem with our approach, but registering for ESI, is becoming a headache for us. 

Expecting some helpful information for all above mentioned queries and I thank you in advance for taking time to answer my questions
