Nirathanka successfully conducted a one-day training session on “Decoding Wages Under the New Labour Codes” on 17 January 2026 at Hotel Grand Serene, Mysuru.
The programme witnessed the participation of around 100 delegates from diverse organizations and received wide appreciation for its practical, interactive, and application-oriented approach.
We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Shekar and Mr. Purushotham for their valuable contributions as esteemed resource persons. We are also grateful to all participating organizations and delegates for their continued trust and support, which motivates us to consistently deliver high-quality, practice-driven learning programmes in the areas of labour laws, HR compliance, and workforce management.

Nirathanka is a non-governmental organization with its registered office at Bangalore. Formed in 2007, its primary objective was to extend services to the elderly men and women in Karnataka. Subsequently, Nirathanka has spread its areas of service to diverse social sector fields such as education, health care, food security, and livelihood training.
