🔹 Volunteers
🔹 Women engaged through contractors
🔹 Women visiting the workplace
It applies whether she is working:
* With remuneration
* On a voluntary basis
* With express or implied terms of employment
The law ensures protection for all women — whether directly employed or engaged through an agent, with or without the knowledge of the principal employer.
