M&HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. successfully conducted a one-day offline training programme on “Supervisory Skills” on 10 January 2026 at RG Royal Hotel, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru.
The programme was facilitated by Mr. V. Aswatha Ramaiah, Head – Unique Consultants, a highly accomplished trainer and industry expert. Drawing on decades of extensive hands-on experience, he shared valuable insights into supervisory responsibilities, people management practices, and operational excellence.
The programme saw active participation from managers, supervisors, team leaders, group leaders, and floor-in-charges representing various organizations and received excellent feedback for its relevance, clarity, and practical orientation.
