📢 Job Opening – HRBP Manager (Polymer Industry | Tumkur, Karnataka)

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HRBP Manager to join Polymer Manufacturing Unit located in Tumkur, Karnataka.

Position: HRBP Manager
Location: Tumkur, Karnataka
Experience: 8–10 years (preferably in Manufacturing / Polymer / Chemical / Industrial sector)
Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders and plant operations.
Drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
Support manpower planning, succession planning, and training & development.
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent qualification.
Strong exposure to manufacturing HR practices (preferably polymer/plastic/chemical sector).
Good knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
