Hiring Senior Manager — HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Karnataka (Local language is must )
Salary: Up to 17 LPA
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to drive strategic people initiatives? We're seeking a Senior Manager — HRBP to be a true partner to our business leaders, leading end-to-end HR strategies, employee engagement, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Align HR strategies with business goals to accelerate growth.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Enable high-impact employee engagement and retention programs. Coach leaders on performance management and succession planning. Manage change initiatives and learning & development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
8-15 years of hands-on HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP/Sr. Manager.
Deep expertise in Karnataka labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
Only local Karnataka candidates will be considered.
