We all need care and protection.
But when protection becomes overprotection, it can quietly turn into fear, dependence and a comfortable life without exploration.

From childhood to education, career and workplace, we are often told: “Don’t take risks. Stay safe. Be practical.”

But somewhere along the way, we may forget to ask: “What do I really want?”

This article is a reminder to understand the difference between care, protection and overprotection.

“Protection gave you shelter. Courage must now give you wings.”
