𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫,

We have jobs, families, homes, food, and many things to be grateful for.

Yet, when we go to bed, our minds are often filled with worries, regrets, comparisons, and thoughts about tomorrow.

When we were children, we had much less, but we slept peacefully. A mother's lap or a simple bed was enough to make us feel safe.

So, what changed?

Maybe we didn't lose sleep.
Maybe we lost peace.

This article is a simple reflection on why we struggle to sleep peacefully and how gratitude, acceptance, forgiveness, and letting go can help us find that peace again.

Perhaps peaceful sleep is not something we need to find.
Perhaps it is something we need to remember.

Read. Reflect. Let go. Sleep peacefully.

Be Great,

Shekhar GN.

The great man is not the one who makes others feel small but is the one who makes others feel great.
