• How to constitute the Internal Committee (POSH Committee)
• Appointment and training of the Presiding Officer and IC members
• Effective functioning of the Internal Committee
• Timely completion of POSH enquiries
• Understanding and implementing interim and final recommendations
• POSH reporting and annual statistics
• Submission of Annual Return to the Government
• Identifying matters to be handled by the Internal Committee and Local Committee
• Punitive action under Sections 14 and 16
• Creating awareness about POSH among employees
