🚨 POSH Compliance Alert for Employers in Bangalore

Is it legally valid to have one Internal Committee (IC) for multiple offices, each with 20+ employees?

👉 Short answer: NO.
Under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, each office/establishment meeting the employee threshold must have its own duly constituted IC.
