⚖️ What Constitutes a Hostile Work Environment under the POSH Act, 2013?

Under Section 3(2)(iv) of the POSH Act, 2013, a hostile work environment exists when unwelcome sexual behaviour—whether verbal, non-verbal, physical, or visual—creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive atmosphere for a woman at the workplace.

Such conduct may:
* Interfere with her ability to perform work
* Cause discomfort, fear, or distress
* Undermine her dignity and sense of safety at work
