maybe u just need to tell them that 50ppl will go there and we need a place to stay.. just like that.. and ask what is the lowest price of the ticket and the hotel/chalet they can give--

There seems to be a small problem, I called twice asking for the quotations on 2 consecutive days. They promised to send me an e-mail, now still waiting.
