For those who missed the induction day, here's a short insight about the departments

1. External Relations (ER)
   We lead the sales forces, maintain connection with externals and ensure enough funds.

2. AIESEC Experience
  We give you the chance to contribute  in influencing the others and changing people life through selling AIESEC's Top product: THE XCHANGE PROGRAM!!!

3. Incoming Exchange Non-Corporate Relations (ICX NCR)
   We give you 1st hand experience with the interns who come to UTP. And you receive, work with and integrate Interns to be a part of US!! You'll experience in dealing with NGO.

4. Incoming Exchange Corporate Relations (ICX CR)
   You got first hand experience with interns. Facilitate and deal with interns coming to the host LC. Suprevise the progress of the interns. And you'll experience in dealing with
   companies.

5. Project Management (PM)
   Ensures your impact to the society by giving opportunity to design and execute projects addressing issues affecting the society.

6. Learning
  To prepare and utilize a knowledge management tool and facilitate in the conference management. Also, to contribute in AIESEC in UTP learning modules.

7. Human Resource

  To plan the number and types of talent to be recruited based on the needs of the organisation. To put the right person in the right place and enhance member’s development.

   

8. Finance
  Finance is the backbone for the organisation as it ensures the sustainability of the organisation.

9. Communication (COMM)
  We are the support of the organisation by dealing with information and creatively think a way to present it to the AIESEC-ers and externals. We protect and position our brand, and     

  we make sure no one in AIESEC feels left out.

* note that the fourth slot on Thursday can be opened if slots in Wednesday, Tuesday and Monday are full.

* Induction Day attendants has been given the chance to register themselves after the induction day.
