Dear all,

 

After taking all the suggestions into consideration, and still failing to get a complete run, I did a redirect to hrm.log file. I have been thinking all along that the problem was the infiniband communication. It could still be. However the attached log seems to suggest to me that the CFL criteria is being violated. The phase velocities of the gravity waves are too high and the Courant no. as well.

 

Any further suggestions and advice will be highly appreciated.
