Dear Arns and Claude.

I’m trying to test the hrm_2.8 on the cluster I get several problems/warnings during compilation. During model run the mpi terminates. This has even affected the operational model.

Please help.

Hi Galebonwe,

From your mpirun_err, the libraries are not "seen" by your mpi. You
need to do one of ff:

1. List the location of the missing libraries in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
variable
2. Include the location of the libraries in /etc/ld.so.conf and then
run ldconfig as root
