Dear Dr. Detlev Majewski,

Greetings from my end. Hope you are gradually getting back to the routine
activities and keeping yourself busy in new activities with HRM and COSMO.

I am doing fine here and busy with our day-today activities.

In the meantime, I am extremely glad to forward you a soft copy of our new
research article which is accepted for publication in Boundary-Layer Meteorology.
In this research article, my student has done a sensitivity study on the
existing surface-layer parametrization scheme based on Louis (1979) and
altered the z0m/zoh ratio and tested the model performance for our
experimental site.

Such studies were possible only because of your consistent encouragement
and never-ending support in all the steps. On behalf of my student and other
colleagues from India (involved with HRM), once again I would like to convey
our sincere gratitude to you and your colleagues from DWD for your consistent
support.

We will be happy to hear your comments/suggestions for future directions.
