Server and laptop probs...

Hi every one...

1>I am trying to run the HRM (hrm_2.7 and gme2hrm_2.5) on the
following system (FUJITSU SIEMENS - TX 300 Dual Processor Server (2
GHz with 2 Quad Core Processors, 16 GB RAM).....
i need the fortran flags for the newgrib/source/Makefile file...i am
using intel fortran ver 11.0 and scientific linux and mpich...
Also it it does not accept the machconsts.h file...
