Most likely, your directory structure should be something like this: (1) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/gme Here you should have GME lateral boundary data. Mostly, you might have one 'd00' and 'const' folders here. And more importantly, these filenames should be proper in your INPUT_GME2HRM file. (2) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/gme2hrm You should have INPUT_GME2HRM file here and you should run 'gme2hrm' here. (3) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/hrm (4) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/bin (5) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/lib (6) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/include (7) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/obj (8) /home/eiola/hrm_dwd_training/src Can you check whether you have this kind of structure ?
