Dear Colleagues,

We are a few hours away from the beginning of yet another year:
2011. Probably, one of the best period to recollect the good and bad
events of the last year. While every new year brings quite a new and
fascinating events ahead, we remain the SAME, taking the good part
ahead to make ourselves BETTER in the coming years. At the eve of
