Dear friends,
Last week I forwarded to you a mail about the conference in reference. Please note that I am  not party to the said organizers. So before you commit yourself or pay any money please make your own inquiries in order to be sure that you are not dealing with internet fault-stars.
I am doubtful because the same person is now circulating another letter  with a different charge of sh. 50,000.00 instead of what he was asking for last week (75,000.00) without any explanation. Does anyone have clear and authentic information about the organizers. please beware.
