Job Details overview
Position Summary:
• Support Microchip's wireless RF products with the design and
development of Development and Demonstration Boards, Reference
Designs, Data Sheets, Application Notes and Software Libraries.
Essential Function:
• Develop technical collateral such as application notes, technical
briefs and articles to promote and support new product introduction.
• Develop demonstration boards and evaluation kits for customer
training and allow customer to evaluate, experiment and develop with
PIC microcontrollers and short range RF transceivers.
• Generate and present training material in the form of webinars,
seminars, hands-on workshops to customers and the technical sales
force.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to the
integration of RF products into embedded applications.
• Assist product development of new RF products.
• Generate device objective specifications, validate silicon, and test
products with lab equipment.
Requirements:
• Required: BSEE or MSEE.
• Required: Embedded, Short Range RF experience.
• Required: 5 years Embedded design / RF experience.
• Required: Knowledge of RF lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, network
analyzer, signal generator, etc).
• Preferred: PCB layout design.
• Preferred: Microcontroller experience.
