- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and
test methodologies
- Ability to lead team members on the test activities
- Detailed knowledge of standards and QA processes
- Proven project & people management skills
- Perform technical reviews
- Optimal utilization of resources
- Objective in performance assessment and giving feedback to
team members
- Ability to identify the gaps in test capabilities
(knowledge, methods, process and tools) and develop action plan to
bridge these gaps
- Train and assimilate the team with The Test Framework (TTF)
- Must have firsthand experience of driving the Testing
functions in a development organization with proven track of test
effectiveness leading to cost and interval reduction
- Experience in various activities pertaining to software
testing including test effort estimation
