Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a large Quality team with superior leadership and
independence in decision making.
- Motivate the team members and build leaders within the team who can
take complete end-to-end responsibility for product delivery.
- Own the resource pool of Performance Test Engineers.
- Propose, define, setup, and standardize the test processes,
strategies, quality metrics and performance metrics.
- Organize test procedures and ensure accurate and comprehensive test
coverage as well as 100% test execution as per planned schedules
- Collaborate with Program Office on setting product release
milestones and adjustments to SDLC processes to increase developer
productivity while decreasing software defects
- Collaborate with colleagues across locations for planning and
operational activities

Educational Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors from reputed
institutes) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
