Looking for Technical Recruiter

Description:
Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail
and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic
employment, preferences, availability.

Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for
all assigned client requirements in a timely manner

Search resumes in various available Job Portals

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds

Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill
level

Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position

Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and
requirement

Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.

Negotiates salaries with candidates and close the position.

Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment

Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements

Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.

Negotiate on Salary aspects Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with
urgent technical requirements.

Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Qualification Required: Any Graduation.
