Looking for US Technical Recuiter.

Role:
• Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates.
Contribute to the candidate pipeline database (RMS). Provide timely
and innovative sourcing results and solutions to clients.
• Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile
and interview coordination’s

Desired:
• Understand the technicalities of the requirement and analyze the
requirements.
• Responsible for sourcing quality candidates directly in the market
without any assistance from third party vendors.
• Able to withstand pressure and work towards closing all the open
positions at the earliest and maintain a healthy pipeline against the
open positions.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work on different requirements and
work with different teams.
• Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative,
cross-functional and diplomatic.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships by telephone and email
• Hands on experience with US tax terms W2, corp2corp and 1099


Experience:
Minimum: 2Yr to 4Yrs with a proven track record.
Location: Bangalore, India.
