Looking for HR generalist,

Job Description
The profile will be a HR generalist and will involve the below given
activities.
• Should have working knowledge on end-to-end HR processes including
but not limited to Induction, Compensation & Benefit, Employee
relationships and Exits.
• Should have been involved in Employee Engagement activities.
• Should have been involved in Policy Deployment & Performance
Management System
• Should have good understanding on Statutory Compliances.
• Should have done Employee Welfare activities.
Desired Profile
• Over 4+ years experience in various facets of Human Resources in a
generalist role.
• The resource should be innovative / creative and should have good
inter-personal skills.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation
skills.
• Good team player.
• Proactive approach towards work.
