Lets Freeze Dates ASAP

Dear All..,
We need to freeze the dates for the get together without which it’s becoming difficult to arrange for accommodation, catering ,travel and other arrangements.
December is a happening month and lil difficult to find some good DJs and caterers .We are planning to arrange accommodation in Belgaum. More over flight tickets shoot up in December. It would be fine if we can freeze the dates as soon as possible.
Guys please suggest convenient dates. We can have an online voting as well.

Hi Guys!
I hope everybody is doing well!
To make the event successful following points should be done in priority basis:-
1. For how many days we will be staying at Belgaum 2. Please give cutoff date for participate in the gathering accordingly we can book hotels ,catering ,buses ,gift ,etc. I suggest we should keep Sep'10 end cut-off date after that we will get two month time for preparations.
Lastly 18th & 19th Dec'10 will be ideal date for function.
