CHRISTINA is the Director of Distinctive Services International. She is a dynamic trainer and public speaker. Her captivating style and ability to engage people provide a dynamic and enriching learning experience for participants from CEOs, senior management to rank and file, ensuring that they are up-skilled and enthusiastic about their service delivery.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Sydney. She is a certified Image and Professional Development Consultant from The London Image Institute and The Academy of Image Master as well as a member of The Association of Image Consultants International.  Christina is a certified trainer who has been awarded Statements of Attainment for the Workforce Development Agency’s (WDA) Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.  She is also a certified facilitator for the Human Insight AEM-Cube®, Leadership Assessment Tools.

 

Christina has trained hundreds of trainers in the WDA train-the-trainer program.  Christina’s focus is on service excellence, professional image, communication skills, leadership, presentation skills and management strategy. She works closely with companies to identify learning needs, design and implement results-impacting measures to attain a leading position in their industry. She also conducts a CEO Workshop for the group of CEOs from the largest private healthcare conglomerate in Malaysia.  With her strong healthcare background, she conducts service excellence for:
