Cousin Lost in Russia

My 1st cousin leave Pakistan for Russia round about 10 years ago for
education. few years after leaving Pakistan he talked through
telephone with his parent and once he came in Pakistan. but approx 5
years has to be passed but he did't contact with his parent. his
parent are very sad. is there any international forum to whom we
contact for him.
