A Supposed Terrorist Has Been Arrested in Grozny

Her relatives say that she was going to enter madrasah
According to mass media, on June 27, 2012 a resident of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria, 19-year-old Asya Valerievna Tekhazheva was arrested in the town of Grozny, Chechen Republic. It's said on the web-site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Chechen Republic that the girl, recruited by one of extremist units, was going to Dagestan intending to carry out a terrorist act. The police withdrew extremist literature from her and a suicide note addressed to the relatives.
Meanwhile, a relative of Tekhazheva, Kabardino-Balkaria resident, Karina Sokurova applied to the Human Rights Center Memorial. She wrote that relatives got information about the arrest of Asya from mass media and from unofficial sources. No one has informed them about the arrest and whereabouts of Tekhazheva so far. Relatives fear that she might be tortured.
According to the MIA in Chechnya, the detained girl was taken to the Department of MIA in Grozny and will soon be passed to the officers of the Center of Combating Extremism of the Main Department of Russia in the North-Caucasian Federal Okrug.
In the application Karina disproves the siloviks' version that Asya was going to carry out a terrorist act. She asserts that Asya was going to enter an Islamic educational institution in Dagestan.
Sokurova reported that Asya was her brother Astemir Sokurov's wife. He is under investigation now and is held in the investigatory isolation ward of Nal'chik. She said that since November of 2012, after Astemir had been taken in custody, Asya had started to have problems with her parents and then had gone to live in a lodging.
According to Karina, the suicide note, allegedly found with Asya, could be a testament which every Muslim has with him. However, Karina can't guarantee that on that day Asya had it with her.
