Position: HR Supervisor/Specialist - OD&OE
Reporting to: HR Manager
Working Location: Beijing
Job Summary
Provide various support to Pfizer China corporate Organization
Development and Effectiveness, including Training, Employee
Development, Leader Behaviors/Values related initiatives and related
administrative support, to ensure high quality operation on OD & OE.
Key Result Areas & Job Activities/Tasks:
1. Learning & Development Program Support:
Support L&D program to ensure successful and smooth delivery of
training courses
Logistics support for training: stationery, training material,
equipment, document preparation and expense settlement
Venue booking
Provide notice to participants and trainer on training information in
time
Handle and follow-up the feedback information of training efficiently
Maintain training system and data input when needed.
2. OD / OE / Project Support:
Provide support to OD & OE related project on project design and
accomplishment
Handle and follow-up the project related communication
keep the related files
3. Leader Behavior/Values promotion material development & follow-up:
Follow up all paperwork, including service application, contract,
payment.
Keep all files in order that all related files may be accessed when
needed.
Provide translations & proofing of relative documents
Follow-up all sorts of material, including quality and quantity check,
distribution, and contact.
4. Other support
Support OD & OE Manager for other assignments to ensure the smooth
operation.
Competencies Requirements
Bachelor degree or above.
Two years working experience or one/two years in related function is a
plus.
Capability to communicate effectively in English, and good at office
software.
Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
Strong planning and implementation skills, and able to work on
multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent at team work.
Self- motivated, positive and responsible.
