Job Title: HR Supervisor

Division/Department: Bioscience

Reports To (Position): HR Manager, APAC

Location: Beijing


Job Summary/Purpose:

The position holder is responsible for day-to-day interface with China
team on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations,
learning and development, and other HR related assignments.


Job Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate hiring process in BID China, incl. hiring
approval process facilitation, channel identification, recruitment
matrix and interview guide development, recruitment activity
management, offer follow up, and etc;
Coordinate on board and orientation program for new hires in BID
China, prepare paperwork of on board process, cooperate with agent to
complete joining process, monitor probationary period, and implement
orientation program;
Provide compensation & benefits services to BID China staff, in charge
of payroll and benefits calculation and delivery, facilitate Total
Compensation Process in China;
Responsible for employee relationship relevant issues, incl. labor law
consultation, conduct culture development and employee communication
related activities, coordinate Employer of Choice survey and follow up
actions;
Deliver HR service in line with business needs by providing generalist
HR support and guidance to internal clients;
Act as HR representative of BID China to lead or participate projects
from region or globe;
Manage other staffing related process of hiring, transfer/promotion,
separation, and etc.
Maintain all HR related data and reports.


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related;
At least 5 years working experience in HR field, experience in
multinational company is preferred;
Functional expert of either staffing, compensation and benefits,
employee relations, or learning and development, generalist is
preferred;
Self-motivated and result-oriented;
Customer focused;
Good team player;
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Self developer, high learning agility;
Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
