Position: Human Resource Manager
Report To: HR-VP
Location: Beijing
Job Description:
1. Provide effective administration in the field of human resources
including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and
development, team building, company culture promotion and other HR
programs for supporting business and company growth.
2. Manage human resources planning and labor cost in national wide for
headquarter, regional office, city office; Obtain the updated local
market C&B information and provide analysis report and constructive
suggestion. Establish, review and develop C&B programs and process,
such as remuneration strategy, C&B structure, benefits policy,
performance management system, incentive system, key staff retention
program
3. Provide support for the whole cycle of recruitment for business
functions and units with in the established guidelines
4. Coordinating with local HR service agency to design and implement
satisfactory benefit program
5. Assist business function in designing, planning and organizing
different training programs
6. Promote company culture/values
7. Design and implement HR policies and programs
8. Develop action plans for creating constructive work environment,
team building, communication channels, etc.
Requirements:
1. Have more than 6 years working experience in HR. Especially be
familiar with C& B function.
2. be able to travel both in home and oversea
3. Excellent English skills both in listening, speaking, reading and
writing
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill, problem solving skill
and good teamwork attitude.
5. Good organization skills and a good undertaker.
