Responsibilities
职责:
Make sure the company’s HR policy is compliant with legislation
requirements.
确定公司的人力资源政策遵循法律规定。
Develop and maintain an effective performance management system
that will monitor and increase employee's professionalism through
annual review.
开发和维持一种有效的绩效管理制度,通过年度的考核以监控和提升员工的专业度。
Manage HR each functions:
管理人力资源的各个模块
Coordinate recruitment process with each department,
与各部门沟通,协调招聘流程
Implemented training & performance program
实施培训和绩效考核制度
Familiar with C&B function
熟悉薪酬福利模块
CDC Software will be used
使用白金人力资源管理软件管理各个模块。
Requirements
任职要求:
Bachelor degree and above, major in HR management is preferred
大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先。
Familiar with labor regulations, minimum 7 years experience as HR
professional, Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred
熟悉劳动法规,至少7年以上人力资源相关工作经验,汽车制造业背景优先。
Excellent team management skills and strong implementation
capabilities
优秀的团队合作精神和良好的执行能力。
Strategic in thinking, and persistent in implementation
有战略思维,能保证政策的稳定执行。
Mature, likeability factor and good communication skills
成熟、有亲和力和良好的沟通能力。
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
English and Chinese is required for the position
优秀的中英文书写及表达能力。
Familiar with CDC software will be preferred
熟练使用白金人力资源管理软件者优先。
备注:一定要汽车行业经验,7-8年招聘&培训经验,英语可以放宽到读写好就可以。
