地点:顺义
Responsibilities
职责:
􀂾 Make sure the company’s HR policy is compliant with legislation
requirements.
确定公司的人力资源政策遵循法律规定。
􀂾 Develop and maintain an effective performance management system
that will monitor and increase employee's professionalism through
annual review.
开发和维持一种有效的绩效管理制度,通过年度的考核以监控和提升员工的专业度。
􀂾 Manage HR each functions:
管理人力资源的各个模块
􀂄 Coordinate recruitment process with each department,
与各部门沟通,协调招聘流程
􀂄 Implemented training & performance program
实施培训和绩效考核制度
􀂄 Familiar with C&B function
熟悉薪酬福利模块
􀂾 CDC Software will be used
使用白金人力资源管理软件管理各个模块。
Requirements
任职要求:
􀂾 Bachelor degree and above, major in HR management is preferred
大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先。
􀂾 Familiar with labor regulations, minimum 7 years experience as HR
professional, Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred
熟悉劳动法规,至少7年以上人力资源相关工作经验,汽车制造业背景优先。
􀂾 Excellent team management skills and strong implementation
capabilities
优秀的团队合作精神和良好的执行能力。
􀂾 Strategic in thinking, and persistent in implementation
有战略思维,能保证政策的稳定执行。
􀂾 Mature, likeability factor and good communication skills
成熟、有亲和力和良好的沟通能力。
􀂾 Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
English and Chinese is required for the position
优秀的中英文书写及表达能力。
􀂾 Familiar with CDC software will be preferred
熟练使用白金人力资源管理软件者优先。

备注:一定要汽车行业经验,7-8年招聘&培训经验,英语可以放宽到读写好就可以。
