Ability to continually learn HR management systems and help operating
management to improve the systems.
Be open and communicative and honest, credible.
Ability to assist develop employees to meet company business goals
Ability to propagate corporate culture and mission, vision, values to
employees for understanding and make commitment to company.
Ability to allocate and optimize human resources within the BU.
